Competetive Edge Skating Family Yoga Week 3

Awesome class today! Everyone worked so hard, looked so graceful and shared such great energy! Remember to set aside 15 minutes a day to focus on your breath. I read an interesting article about meditation and silence that one of my students gave me. The author shared her experience with meditation workshops and developed a "ritual" where she wakes up early to watch the sunrise, sip her coffee and process thoughts. It worked better for her than traditional meditation. It is a good idea to experiment with different calming rituals to find what works best for you. Silence, inward focus and a sense of relaxation is what it is all about. Find your sense of zen.
