Set a goal and look for either inspiration or desperation to meet the challenge. If a goal is fitness or health oriented, a hard look at ones diet is in order. Eating poorly and working out will lead to dissapointment. Once a healtheir diet is attempted, the body will feel better and eventually,at least for me the cravings for bad foods faded away.
