Cooking tip

I made a huge batch of miropoix (celery onion, carrot and garlic) and sauteed it for a while with olive oil. I used half to make bean soup and saved the other half for fried rice that I am making tomorrow. All the messy work (food processor) is done once and I can whip up the rice tomorrow a little faster.
