Well. giving up sugar and caffeine are easier than cheese! I feel sleepy but relaxed and calm. I need to extend my time by a few days to take into account the "weaning in time." I'm really liking barley with almond milk, nuts and berries. It is really satisfying and pretty balanced nutritionally. I'm making a quinoa salad for my sister when she comes over today. Thanks to Amy B. for the recipe. We are going to see Sex in the City, I was at Bunco last night. I won a really cool Pottery Barn shadow box. I love it! Thanks Colleen!
