I've been sharing the concept of yoga meals with my family during the past 8 weeks. It is where you develop a deeper awareness of what you are eating, a deeper appreciation for the food that you have and heightened awareness of how foods taste and feel in your mouth. I had a pear for a yoga meal. It was a perfectly ripe, absolutely juicy succulent morsel. It was so absolutely delicious I was in heaven. Take time to really appreciate your food. Close your eyes, smell the aromas, feel the juiciness on your palet, and enjoy what mother nature has made for you.
