Yea!! Day 21
I'm having a great day and am so happy to have some free time to catch up on my reading and kitchen experiments! I'm off the detox for the most part, but I still eat very little to no meat, no sugar and only 1 cup of coffee a day! I feel more relaxed and just better overall.
