Begin a tradition, such as First Monday of the month clear out all old papers and magazines to the recycle bin.
Pledge to buy and eat a new item from the grocery store. I LOVE kefir and would have never known until I tried it.
Go to the library and check out a magazine that you have never seen (photography, fishing, crafts, etc) enjoy learning something new.
Become more attentive to your family and pets. Surprise them with a special treat,and make them feel pampered when they have a hard day.
