Moonlight Madness

Hi everyone, I hope you got to witness the lunar eclipse last night. I was driving home from subbing Anna's yoga class in Novi (my third that day) and saw it about halfway through. I rushed home, to find my husaband and kids ready to go outside. We bundled up and stood together looking at the moon. We went back in and came out about 6 times to catch different phases. We stayed until it was complete and saw the beautiful pulsing light eminating from the moon. I know that they will never forget it, although it may be along the lines of "my crazy mother, still dressed in her yoga clothes made us go outside, at 9:15 to 10:00 like 6 times to look at the moon and stars!" Hey, they got to stay up late on a school night!

Have a great day and wish me luck as I prepare for hosting Bunco tonight! For those of you who aren't familiar with Bunco, it's a dice game with perks! 12 girlfriends lots of food and spirits. Who could ask for more?

It was an important cosmic event! Its beauty served to remind us that there is more to our beautiful world than present cold winter conditions! Remember when it turned color during it's full eclipse- around ten o clock? Like a ruddy golden reddish tone? it seemed to be pulsating in a passionate heartbeat... maybe reminding us to LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS as ourselves... as you reminded us to do in Friday's Yogs class... Thank YOU!!! You are a beautiful person and an INSPIRATION.
