Live in Bliss
Spring has sprung!
My babies have arrived!! For my entire adult life cooking and gardening, reading about cooking and gardening and experimenting with both have been my biggest passions until I found yoga. I still get warm fuzzies when my first flowers of spring arrive. We'll see how many survived the squirrels.
Enjoy the sun!

Butternut Squash Gnocchi
My kids will not eat squash in the nude so I adapted a recipe that I had at Vinology in Ann Arbor. They eat so many of these that we joke that they are lead balls.
Half and scoop seeds out of a butternut squash, place in glass pan and roast at 350 for 1 hour. Scoop flesh from skin and place in electric mixer bowl.

Rotator cuff info
This is a yoga journal article pertaining to rotator cuff injury, recovery and how to modify your yoga to accommodate the level of strength that you are capable of.
We discussed how to keep munchers away from gardens (tulips and hostas), try spreading mothballs around tulips, they stink and stay stinky for a while (keeps squirrels and rabbits away). i mixed egg white and water with cayenne pepper in a spray bottle and sprayed my hostas, it may help keep them from becoming some one's lunch!
See ya tomorrow!
